Financial Aid
Financial aid is money to help pay for college or career school. Grants, work-study, loans, and scholarships help make college or career school affordable.
Grants - Form of financial aid that does not need to be paid back

Scholarships - Free money given to students based on academic merit, talent, or a particular area of study

Work-Study Jobs - allows students to earn money to pay for school by working part-time at that institution

Loans - borrowing money to attend college or career school that you must repay along with any interest that accrues
​
Aid for Military Families - special aid programs for those serving in the military or for being the spouse or child of a veteran
